Manager of our Dunedin office, Marcus is an experienced Project Manager and Chartered Building Surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry.
Marcus hails from the UK, and has held a number of construction project management and building surveying positions, working in both project and professional roles. After coming to New Zealand in 2011, he found himself moving into leadership positions in both his work and personal life – equipping him with the experience required to lead teams toward project success.
Marcus’s experience covers new build, refurbishment, conversion and fit-out works for corporate and private clients in the commercial, residential, education, industrial and retail sectors. He has worked as Project Manager and Engineer to Contract, delivered expert witness reports, specifications, schedules of work, scoping and contract documents, and been involved in accessibility auditing inspections, planned maintenance and refurbishment schedules.
A highly motivated person, Marcus is always up for a challenge and continually seeks opportunities for growth.
